Every Single Bunny Is Perfect
I was able to get this bunny rather quickly and I adore it. I was also able to get the Diabetes Warrior bunny a few years ago as well, she was my first ever bunny from this store and I named her Sugar (for obvious reasons lol). I cannot fully express how happy these bunnies make me feel, especially as someone with a chronic illness. So when I got the email that there was now a Type One Diabetes bunny available (I specifically have Type One) I immediately had to get it! The details are always so perfect in these bunnies, and the Type One Diabetes bunny is everything I could have asked for! I named her Novo which is short for Novolog, a type of insulin I use, but I also learned that that word in many languages can mean ‘new’ or ‘from the beginning’ or ‘again’ which I think is also fitting because everyday can feel like starting from the beginning when dealing with a chronic illness and not necessarily in a bad way; just means there’s always good days ahead too to start fresh. The little heart CGM on her right arm is just so precious. Literally everything about her is just as precious as all the other bunnies! These bunnies help me feel a little better when times get hard because having a chronic illness is always exhausting even though it’s been over a decade since I got diagnosed.
