As an adult survivor of this horrible condition I can't imagine what a child might be thinking when they get told that their brain is falling out of their head and that's what's causing so many of the health issues their having. Quite a while ago I reached out to have this plushie made to help children since it helps to have something they can relate to so I posted up on several social media platforms to see how many others agreed with me about this bunny needing to be made. I couldn't have been more excited when I found out this was being made and I couldn't have asked for a better representation of what it's like to live with this condition because even after you have the surgery which is what the zipper represents you still have to live with the other symptoms for the rest of your life. I hope that those with children with this condition, adults that have had it corrected already or those that are just finding out that they have it adopt this bunny to bring them comfort because I know this will help so many people to explain how it is to live with this condition as well as bring the person with this condition comfort.

I love her. She is such a pretty color, super cuddly and soft, and I love that she can sit up by herself. Thank you! This is her with a veggie sandwich and carrot cake I made for her.

With surgery on the 'as soon as we're past the waiting list' horizon for me (with all the excitement and scaries that come with that!) this was an amazing gift to recieve from my friend. He is SO soft and absolutely PERFECT for snuggling and stroking whether headachey or discombobulated. I don't normally keep plushes but he's an absolute gem I will not be letting go of <3

Best of all - thank you to the team for what you do <3 I had a mild cardiac event a few days after recieving this. Cardiac events have been a routine and ANNOYING part of my life since I've NEVER had a diagnosis for why they happen and it's a nightmare 'catching' them with EKGs so I've had my fair share of medical gaslighting just on that ... and then... thanks to this plush... it occurred to me that 'oh, wait, these would be explained by my Chiari diagnosis'. I can't quite explain the deep comfort of that kind of ... passive validation? So, thank you so much for making this <3
