配送と追跡
対象商品を 60 米ドル以上ご注文の場合、世界中のほとんどの地域への送料が無料になります。

米国政府による新たな関税導入に伴い、米国への小包の送料は重量に基づいて算出され、最低15米ドルからとなります。この料金には適用されるすべての税金と輸入関税が含まれており、配達時にお客様に追加料金が発生することはありません。
米国への送料無料は現在、合計金額が 200 米ドルを超える注文にのみ適用されます。
当社は引き続き状況を監視し、貿易政策の変更によりコストが削減される場合にはそれに応じて配送料を調整します。
一部の商品は、配送料を管理する第三者（商品ページに記載）によって提供されるため、送料無料の対象にはなりません。
60 米ドル未満のご注文の場合、重量に基づいて定額送料が適用されます。1 ポンド (0.45 kg) 未満 = 9 米ドル、1 ポンド (0.45 kg) 以上 = 15 米ドル (アイスランドやメキシコなど、遠隔地や配送が困難な国への配送は、定額 15 米ドルです)
ご注文は、中国の上海と深センにある当社の拠点から香港の物流センターを経由して、USPS、DHL、EMSなどの電子パケットメールサービスを通じて直接発送されます。
配送時間は世界情勢、配送場所、時期によって異なりますが、通常は 3 週間ですが、発送後 2 ～ 4 週間以上かかる場合もあります。
発送後は、配送業者や世界的な物流の遅延・遅延について当社では責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。そのため、配送に長時間かかったり、追跡情報に大きな空白が生じたりする可能性があります。特に国際配送の場合、1週間（またはそれ以上）の空白が生じる可能性もございます。また、国内外の祝日、世界的な出来事、天候、その他の「天災」によっても、予期せぬ配送遅延が発生する場合があります。

配送中に商品が紛失した場合（発送準備時間は含みません）、つまり4週間以上追跡情報の更新が確認できない場合は、ご購入金額と送料を返金いたします。すべてのご注文は手作業で処理しているため、発送準備時間は当社の出張や現地の祝日の影響で変更される場合があります。

I've had this little guy for about 10 months or so, and he's held up so well! Never had to clean him, he's remained super soft with no help needed whatsoever. He's in my bag all the time, I take him with me everywhere. It's such a good alternative for people who maybe find comfort in holding one of these plushies, but can't carry a larger sized one around :)
I love it. I’m holding on to it for an appropriate time to give as a gift.
This is a perfect miniature of the full size, the exact same look and feel only tiny. I'm in love with it ❤️
I love this mini Ouchie accessory. I have this hanging on the front of my electric scooter as I travel around the shops, etc. the bandaged leg even matches my mangled foot/ankle 🤣
I hope more of the bunnies come out in mini form, that way I can have the normal bunnies for at home and the mini ones to travel with me.
This Ouchie keychain is just as well made and as soft as the bigger plushies. It has a keyring and clip that are made out of metal that stays permanently attached to the plush. And it comes with a reusable silicone zip tie. That you can easily attach it to a bag, purse, bookbag, ect.
I have multiple physical disabilities and I have been in physical pain for 15 years. Plushies like Ouchie help me mentally to know that I have something that is not only soft and adorable but represents something I have had to go through for most of my life.
