I would really like to see one with an amputated limb, I think that would be amazing!

I have this too and just suggested it with more information about it included!

I have a learning disorder called non verbal learning disorder(NVLD) and it would be so cool to see a design based off of that and spread awareness about this learning disorder!

People with Non-Verbal Learning Disability (NVLD) struggle with a range of conditions that include social and spatial disabilities. Often they are marginalized and isolated; consequently, they can experience social barriers throughout their lives. (NVLD.org)

NVLD is not widely known or understood, and affects different people in different ways, and so experts believe it may be significantly underdiagnosed, potentially leading to years of struggles for individuals who do not realize they could seek treatment.

In general, NVLD involves problems managing visual-spatial information, such as difficulty drawing, writing, or telling time using analog clocks. Tasks that require motor coordination, such as tying one’s shoes, may also be impaired. NVLD may also include problems with executive function and higher-order information processing, math, and social skills. It is important to note that only one or two skill sets may be compromised in NVLD, and not all. If a child's intellectual abilities are strong in all but one or more of these areas, testing for NVLD may be warranted. (Psychology today)
Common symptoms

Trouble recognizing nonverbal cues (facial expressions, body language)
Early speech and language acquisition (talks “like an adult” from a young age)
Poor coordination; seen as “clumsy” or always “getting in the way”
Poor fine motor skills (difficulty using scissors, tying shoes, etc.)
Always asking questions, to the point of being repetitive or interrupting the regular flow of conversation
Needs to verbally “label” information in order to understand it; difficulty comprehending unsaid or spatial information
Visual-spatial difficulties (discrimination of differences of objects, visualization of images, determining one’s location of body in space)
Extremely “literal;” struggles with sarcasm, innuendo, or other linguistic nuances
“Naïve” or overly-trusting
Difficulty coping with change
Trouble following multi-step directions
Difficulty making generalizations or seeing the “big picture”
Overall challenges often masked by highly advanced verbal skills

NLD is often misdiagnosed or confused for ADHD (additude mag) and autism(my experience)

DISABILITY:
- Someone pointed out disability aids and I think that’s worth looking into
- Down syndrome
- Dysgraphia

MONSTERS:
- Really liking the shoulder angel and demon idea that some people here have been sharing
- Zombie
- Skeleton
- Cryptids and Lovecraftian monsters as a broader idea is worth looking into, imo. Jackalope could be a good place to start!

OTHER:
- Tattoos and piercings
- Psychedelic
- Emo or scene (it is a separate subculture from goth, trust me, a lot more colorful)
- Steampunk
- Dieselpunk
- Cyberpunk
- Planet themed, esp. with astrological inspirations: sun, moon, mercury, venus, mars, earth (could have environment themes for that one), jupiter, saturn, uranus, neptune, and pluto

PLEASE DO NOT DO:
- Self harm. Saying this as a former self harmer, I think it would be really insensitive.
- Someone here suggested wendigo. I don’t blame them if they didn’t know, but the cryptid-ization of wendigos is very offensive to native folk and they’ve been very vocal about it! There’s plenty of info online if you want to know why it’s insensitive.

REDESIGNS:
- LGBT. Go all out with the rainbow! Maybe add the colors from the progress flag to represent trans and BIPOC folk as well.
- Workaholic. It does not communicate its theme at all to me.
- Bipolar I
- OCD. V2’s prototype still feels lacking.
- ASPD. The design as it is now is very insensitive.
- NPD. The design as it is now is very insensitive.
- Four horsemen of the apocalypse. They just do not look good, especially plague and war.
- Seven deadly sins. I can appreciate mini plushes, but I think you can expand on their themes better if they were larger and sold separately.

MISC:
- I love the bunnies, but it would be fun to see you experiment with designing plushies based on other animals. Some I’d like to see more often are dogs, cats, foxes, wolves, bears, mice or rats, raccoons, possums, bats (I know you have a few already)
- I also think when you do stick to bunnies, don’t be afraid to try different body shapes for more variety. Especially the ears, there are so many lop-eared buns, they’re adorable but there’s nothing wrong with pointier ears either.

Dermatophagia bunny. It's something I've struggled with for so long and I'd love to see a plushie that represents the struggles I and other face because of it.

Lorelai

I would love one for Acute Flaccid Myelitis. I have a rare autoimmune disorder affecting my spine from C3 to T4.

Elizabeth

I'd love to see a redesign for Antisocial personality disorder (ASPD) as well as Narcissistic personality disorder (NPD)

Kat

Ibs. And have magnets on the hands and in the stomach to show it clutching it's stomach in pain.

Hard of Hearing Bunny
-There’s struggles that are different from those who are deaf. Mainly that both deaf and hearing spaces are inaccessible to most Hoh individuals. I think it would be validating and nice to have a bunny that struggles with the same things.

A few ideas of the struggles I (a hard of hearing person) faces:

-Fear of annoying people by asking them to constantly repeat what’s being said
- Little to no support, feeling of not belonging as we aren’t deaf but aren’t really hearing
- frustration of missing important details
- Having to really focus to understand what’s being said (it’s exhausting and requires so much mental energy)
- the confusion of only picking up half a sentence
- the increased struggle to hear (particularly in noisy environments) this can be very isolating and make it difficult to make friends

Brain Fog Bunny
- I feel like it would be a nice addition as so many people with different chronic illnesses suffer with it. There is so much you could do to represent it.
